Payments to WindmillGaming are for virtual ranks and items contained in the purchase. If you are banned from WindmillGaming, you will not be refunded this money. Bans are subject to the full discretion of the server administrators & staff team, and rules could be changed at any time. There is no guarantee on being able to enter the server, and if the server is no longer operated, the virtual ranks and items are forfeit. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the WindmillGaming administration team. All ranks and items are virtual and have no value. Any purchase of ranks and/or items are non-refundable.
